All packages:
- An Information Pack is emailed to you for completion after order placement.
- We have 1-hour Video/Voice Assessment call with you.
- All content shared via Dropbox File Sharing - (all digital content, images, logos etc.)
- A Development store mockup is created and provided to the client to review and feedback.
- There are two review sessions with the client to discuss final adjustments and changes.
- Final changes and adjustments made to your eCommerce website
- Working Final eCommerce Website goes live.
- 3 days for packages below $500
- 2 weeks for packages below $2000
- 4-12 weeks for other packages
- Exact timescales to be confirmed after our first meeting
- For work that will cost under $500, full payment is required upfront—a 50% deposit for all work that costs $500 and over is required.
- Payment terms are seven days from date of invoice. If an invoice on your account is overdue, we reserve the right to cease working until the full amount is settled and new timeframes for completion and further costs have been agreed upon.
- Suppose we need to seek third party assistance by way of a collection agency, lawyer or otherwise to recover a debt you owe to us. In that case, you will be liable for any and all costs reasonably incurred in so doing. Monthly progress payments may be requested at our discretion.
- If the client is the cause of a project being left incomplete for more than two months after the deposit was paid, we reserve the right to request full payment of any outstanding amount that has been agreed to. We will be happy to continue with your project later, at a time that suits us both parties.
